Aromatherapy is using essential oils in a holistic way for

psychological and physical well being.

Aromatherapy is generally applied in one of three ways:

Direct inhalation - the person breaths the evaporating oils straight in. This is commonly used for respiratory disinfection, decongestion as well as psychological benefits. 

Topical applications - applied directly to the skin.

Aerial diffusion - the oils evaporate into the air. The aim is to give the air a specific fragrance or to disinfect it.

Chamomile: Helps overcome insomnia and suppresses hyperactivity

Ylang, Ylang: Uplifting, reputed aphrodisiac.

Memory Buddy:

Increase memory, concentration and creativity. 
Lemon: Dissipates feelings of impurity and indecisiveness.

Basil: Increases confidence, decisiveness and positive thoughts.

Rosemary: Improves memory, perception, balances mind and body.

They last 1-2 years depending on frequency of use, temperature and character of oil blends. Be sure to put the cap back on between use.
