Our Hot Cold Therapy Herbal Neck Wrap easily conforms to the neck and shoulders to help with chronic neck pain and stiffness. Designed to fit around almost any neck size reaching all that stress and tension at the base of the neck.The weight and flexibility allows deeper penetration to sore tissue and the aromatherapy from the herbs offers a calming relaxing effect. Our Herbal Neck Wrap easily stays in place while sitting or moving around. 

HOT Therapy (Microwave it) or COLD Therapy (Freeze it)

Use Hot  to create a moist aromatic heat that is absorbed into the skin increasing the blood flow to relieve that "crick in the neck", headaches, stiffness in the neck muscles, arthritis or to support your neck while reading or sleeping.

Use Cold to reduce fever or inflammation to injured tissue, relieve sinus headaches

or soothe tired aching muscles.

Filled with our formulated mixture of organic herbs for relaxation, flaxseed for thermal ability to retain heat and rice for moist heat therapy. Made from flannel fabric that has been doubled stitched creating 2 long channels in the circular shape to hold the fill in place for even heat or cold distribution, it feels comfy against  the skin whether it's used Hot or Cold. We make all our our Herbal Packs ourselves to ensure a quality hand made product.

Heat Therapy

Warm in the microwave for 1-2 minutes depending on desired warmth.

Soothing aromatic heat should last for nearly an hour.

When Neck Wrap begins to cool, reheat at 30 second intervals.

DO NOT OVERHEAT !  Will cause burns.

Cold Therapy

Place in ziploc bag and put in the freezer for 2 hours.

Remove Neck Wrap from ziploc bag and place on area of discomfort.

Neck Wrap should stay cold for up to an hour while staying dry and pliable.
