Just a minute in the microwave our soft flannel Herbal Buddie Pac provides warm, moist heat to ease back, knee, shoulder, pelvic, etc... pain. Also works great as a cold pack after 2 hours in the freezer. 

The  8" wide x 10" long Hot/Cold Therapy Buddie Pac is a great size to pack when traveling, going away to college or to bring to the office. Penetrating heat or gentle cold relief along with the aroma from the herbs offers a therapeutic relaxing and calming effect.

HOT Therapy (Microwave it) or COLD Therapy (Freeze it)

Use Hot to create a moist aromatic heat to provide relief for a variety of aches and pains....such as arthritic cramping, lupus, fibromyalgia, TMJ, menstrual pain, carpal

tunnel, knee, shoulder, hip pain, etc. Toss in your bed at night to warm you up !

Use Cold to reduce fever or inflammation to injured tissue or soothe tired aching muscles. Lays nicely over the head or rolled up behind the neck to help with migraines.

Great for troubled spots like wrists, elbows, shoulders, knees, ankles

 or just about anywhere. Good size whether preparing or

recovering from carpal tunnel, knee or hip surgery.

Filled with our formulated mixture of organic herbs for relaxation, flaxseed for thermal ability to retain heat and rice for moist heat therapy. Made from flannel fabric that has been doubled stitched creating 3 long channels to hold the fill in place for even heat or cold distribution, it feels comfy against the skin whether it's used Hot or Cold. Heat Therapy

Warm in the microwave for 1 minute depending on desired warmth.

Soothing aromatic heat should last for about 45 minutes.

When Buddie Pac begins to cool, reheat at 30 second intervals.

DO NOT OVERHEAT !  Will cause burns.

Cold Therapy

Place in ziploc bag and put in the freezer for 2 hours.

Remove Buddie Pac from ziploc bag and place on area of discomfort.

Buddie Pac should stay cold for about 45 minutes while staying dry and pliable.
