Herbal Cold Ease Face/Chest Pac
This Pac is our combination of mentholated herbs in a flax seed/rice mixture shaped to reach the sinus cavities of the face, forehead and cheekbones. Can also be placed on the throat or chest to help with bronchial or chest congestion.
When warmed in the microwave, it feels like a peppermint steam bath.
Measures 11" across to reach from temple to temple and 8" down to cover the whole face.

To Clean: Wipe with damp cloth and lay flat to dry.

Heat Therapy
Warm in the microwave for 1-2 minutes depending on desired warmth.
Soothing aromatic heat should last for about 30 minutes
When Pac begins to cool, reheat at 30 second intervals.
DO NOT OVERHEAT ! Will cause burns.
Cold Therapy
Place in ziploc bag and put in the freezer for 2 hours.
Remove Pac from ziploc bag and place on area of discomfort.
Buddie Pac should stay cold for up to 30 minutes while staying dry and pliable.
